  3. FUNCTION: Displays the entire IBM character set in character, hexadecimal,
  4.           decimal, octal, and binary formats.

  10. REMARKS:  This utility displays a menu that contains the entire IBM character
  11.           set. A specific character may be selected by entering its ASCII
  12.           decimal value (ie. Alt nnn) or by pressing the keyboard key that
  13.           generates that character. The character, hexadecimal, decimal, octal
  14.           and binary forms of the selected character are displayed along the
  15.           bottom of the menu. The cursor positioning keys can also be used to
  16.           select characters from the display by moving the cursor to the
  17.           desired character.
